pileus is the 'nest'. circular at mouth and tapering to point at end. peradoles are gray, some what flat. Sipe is absent; general aspect: gregarious in that it was found in groups, on rotting wood, shaggy and inverted cone shape; odor rotting wood; taste not attempted.
