Pileus convex to plane, extremely glutinous, up to 70 mm wide, pale (very) "chamois" (4B3), slime clear but tinged brownish; lamellae decurrent, close, ear white, staining lime green in places; stipe -80 mm x 10 mm, mostly equal, glutinous on lower half; on upper part dry and more or less minutely scabrous, lighter in color than pileus with "scabers" reddish brown; the younger fruit body has an apparent glutinous annular zone
