To be honest, I can't distinguish between Lepiota and Leucoagaricus. The stipe on this mushroom didn't stain when picked, and the upturned ring had an edge that was slightly lighter than the cap center. These mushrooms grew in groups scattered over a wide area the Bishop Pine woodland. Possibly in Leucoagaricus rubrotinctus complex.
