Candelariella is crustose, but the tiny little yellow lichen in your photo is foliose and is Candelaria concolor. The gray lichens pictured are Physcia millegrana. These are our two most common urban lichens in NYC. We do have Candelariella efflorescens locally, but it's crustose, less common, and found on bark.
