I collected a specimen and can confirm, following the keys from mushroomexpert.com , that this is Trametes ochracea, which is known to occur on Quercus as this specimen is. 3-8 pores per mm; cap hairy with stark ochre striations; cap rigid and hard as opposed to the pliant Trametes versicolor http://www.mushroomexpert.com/trametes_versicolor.html
