Cladonia asahinae has podetia covered with strongly areolate cortex in the lower part and granular soredia in the upper part. However, to be totally sure, analysis of secondary metabolites is necessary. This there specimen has podetia covered with farinose soredia - typical of Cladonia fimbriata. Therefore, @juhakinnunen is right - it does not even look as C. asahinae.
