Description:
Original observation #9491125 (iNaturalist)
Notes:
This mushroom apparently had two stipes, one attached to the bottom and the other attached to the cap. The one attached to the cap seemed to have some mutant gills growing with it, visible in the last two pictures. It smelled like burnt hair.
