Small tan/brown single mushroom found under hemlock/oak. The mushroom has a stipe with a white fuzzy base and a centrally depressed cap. See picture for size. Gills are adnate to sinuate and unusually longer just before attachment (one picture shows this clearly). I was initially expecting this to be an Entoloma, but the spores don't match at all. Spore print is white and the ellipsoid spores have a distinct apiculus. 20 spore average is 5.3 x 3.4 microns, Qm = 1.57. See photomicrographs.
