Much larger than L. perlatum with a very different skin, Milk chocolate brown, very thin skin that is soft and like very fine "flock" on foam for jewellery boxes. No true pattern on the skin, no indents or spikes. Flesh was medium-firm and white at that time, chemical reaction was Sulphuric acid + Vanillin (used on death cap gills for a bright pink/red reaction) gave a mildly pink reaction on the flesh and spore mass as shown. Found growin on a track near mixed broadleaf trees and damp reaonably rich soil. I do not believe this is Calvatia craniiformis or Calvatia cyathiformis the latter i have found before.
