Found by a friend growing in a landscaped area by her driveway. Cap 7.0 cm across, whitish with soft lacerated edges. Flesh was also soft marshmellow-like and white. Spore print was white and spores dextrinoid. Spores ~ 6.9-8.3 X 4.2-5.0 microns, smooth, ellipsoid to elongate. Q(range) = 1.55-1.81. There was a slight odor, not unpleasant. Substantial Cheilocystidia that was variable from oblong to narrowly clavate.
