These were growing on an old mossy log in a Sitka spruce habitat. Caps up to 5.1 cm across and slightly tacky. Spore print weak but brownish. Spores ~ 9.4-11.0 X 6.0-7.2 microns, ellipsoid(almond-shaped) and slightly rough. Did not see any Pleurocystidia but abundant Cheilocystidia in clusters that was cylindrical with subcapitate heads, ~ 40-75 X 4-6 microns. Hebeloma albidulum does not appear to be a west coast species but since they seem to match the description on Mushroom Expert so well, I have to give it a try.
