Caps yellowish white, convex to broadly convex, becoming plane, 15-40 mm diameter qwith incurved to decurved margins. Gills grayish white becoming brownish, close, narrow, with rough edges on some portions. Adnexed or emarginated (couldn't really tell). Flesh thin, white; no particular odor. Stipe 20-35 mm long x3-6 mm at apex, white, brittle, hollow, and enlarging towards a small basal bulb. Terrestrial in leaves by Betula lenta and Nyssa sylvatica. (Black Gum). Quercus present in area but some distance away. Spore print light brown, and the spores were observed on Feb. 5, 2015, four months after this was picked, and they ranged from 10-12 um long x 4.5-7 um wide in a water mount for about 15 minutes as I observed them. Have dried specimens if needed.
