A redlisted and poorly understood species in Yugra, which is probably way more common than we think. I keep finding more and more of it in old rich taiga forests. Formerly known as Lentinus martianoffianus and Lentinus pilososquamulosus (there's a pending taxonomic disaster here because the new genus Lignomyces was described independently based on "unidentified" specimens). In our area it grows on birch.
