Russula -whitish caps and gills, not obviously bruising No odor in field. Slightly sweet fungal odor noticed upon drying, but quite weak. Fairly small size. Cap not striated, gills edges not serrated. Pileus viscid when wet and smooth when dry. With Douglas fir and true firs. Spores pale creamy yellowish and heavily spiky, taste mild Gills ages from whitish to pale creamy yellow to darker yellow to a warm brown Pictures of the specimen after a couple of weeks are attached.
