A group of 3 exposed in my back yard with duff of Ficus, Podocarpus, and small Strawberry Tree. Thick peridium (2-3 mm) that turned red when sliced. Large one, 3 cm across, has small root-like structure. Medium size one, 2 cm, has a mycelial mat. Third one, 1.5 cm across. Spore morphology seemed to key out to S. albidum but could not find online pictures for comparison for this species.
