Cap/underside: Gills close, free; some short gills; cream looking end on, white in side view. Stipe: Ca. 1.5 cm at apex broadening to ca. 2 cm at the base; no annulus; covered with powdery yellow volval remnants; slight bulb; volva remnants yellow.
