group of three, Cap: 3-10 cm. Relatively convex and rolled inwards when the mushroom is young. Has a slight vase shape. Slimy cap that can be smooth or slightly rough. pale yellow with some texture. Hymenium: Gilled hymenium that slightly goes down the stem. Pale yellow gills that are thin yet close together. Stipe: 3-8 cm long and 1-2 cm thick. The stipe is slimy when fresh and has a yellowish color. Flesh: White color but can turn slightly yellowish when sliced from the milk. Spores: A yellowish spore print. Spores are mostly ellipsoid but sometimes subglobose.
