Attached to the card are the personal notes of Alexander H. Smith. Micro study by Vera S. Evenson in February 1979. Spores: 10.5-11 x 5.5-6.2 microns Pip shape inequal in profile. Rugose, dextrinoid or pale dextrinoid. Micro: Basidia 27-30 x 7-9 microns, clavate, 4 spored. Pleurocystidia absent. Cheilocystidia - fusoid with elongated necks, obtuse apices. Hyaline 55-73 x 5-8 microns. Cuticle - an ixolattice, hyphae slender with clamps. V. pale ochre tinges. Hypoderm - a mixture of hyphoid and cellular elements, probably mostly cellular in most views, 'cells' are pear, roughly globose or oblong shapes. Brownish ochre. Pileal trama - loosely interwoven, hyphae short to +/- globose cells in some views. Hyaline. Gill trama - parallel. Card contains several sketches.
