Habitat: Tsuga heterophylla, Picea sitchensis, Hylocomium splendens, Oxalis, saxifrage; solitary, emanating from rocky loam with wood intermixed.
Occurrence Remarks: General Impression: brown, glutinous, campanulate with papilla; older and insect-ridden; with orangish-cinnamon apical :flecks: [fibrillose patches]on stipe. Gills in poor shape; stipe a dull wood brown. Exavated, and another pseudorhizal fragment discovered. See enclosed notes: specimen voucher only. In poor condition. Additional notes present.
