mixed wet forest, with large Eucalyptus sp. (white gum), E. obliqua, Nothofagus, Atherosperma, Acacia (silver wattle) and Dicksonia

small specimens but very fresh, pileus either pale grey or tan, lamellae white, decurrent. pileus short-pleurotoid, 2-3 cm broad, 1.5-2.5 cm long, nearly plane with wavy margin, surface smooth, moist, pale grey to tan 5D3-4 5C3-4 5b3, margin entire (not striate), context white firm, odor and taste mild. lamellae decurrent, close, white, anastomosing slightly over stipe, margin entire. stipe short, strigose, white; general aspect: long description; fruiting habit: cespitose.
