Georeference Remarks: Georeferenced to approximate center of the Charles Waters Memorial Campground next to Bass Creek with uncertainty radius extending out to intersection of Bass Creek and boundary of Bitterroot National Forest.
Substrate: On soil.
Description: Pileus: viscid when moist. Stipe: dry, becoming hollow in age. A few cheilocystidia. Spores: light brown in deposit, almond-shaped, smooth-minutely roughened, 7 x 12-14 microns.
