This collection agrees with the description of Smith and Hesler with the exception that the spores appear to be too large. However, the spores in this collection vary greatly in both size and shape. Pileus: viscid to glutinous, smoky brown. Gills: white, turning to pale cinnamon upon drying; trama divergent. Stipe: viscid, with yellow grandular dots. Spores: white, hyaline in Melzers sub-globose to ellliptical 5-7 x 7-12 microns.
