Georeferenced to approximate midpoint of East Fork Vermilion River between mouth of river to the northwest and boundary of Erie County to the southeast, with the uncertainty radius encompassing entire length of river between those two points.
On Tsuga canadensis.
Tsuga canadensis
Plant effused over 5.5-13 x 1-4 cm. Inseparable, Subiculum white to maize yellow, hymenium maize yellow to ochraceous buff, Tubes 208 mm. long, oblique, 5-1 per mm., tube mouths entire, dissepiments thin. Hyphae 2.2-3.5 u. wide, hyaline, unbranched. Cystidia encrusted 20-30 x 5-10u. very few. Spores cylindrical, slightly curved, hyaline 3.5-5 x 2.2-3u. Crosswalls and clamps - none.
