Georeference Remarks: Georeferenced to Bass Creek at southeastern edge of Charles Waters Memorial Campground area with uncertainty radius extending out to where creek intersects with Bitterroot National Forest boundary.
Substrate: On soil.
Description: Pileus: viscid. Gills: appear to have been white at first. Cheilocystidia clavate. Stipe: appears slightly viscid, base slightly clavate. Spores: smooth irregularly elliptical, 1-3 guttulate, 5.5-7 x 10-14 microns. Rusty-brown is deposit.
