Habitat: Solitary in soil under aspens (Populus tremuloides).
Description: Cap 7 cm broad, pulvinate, surface tomentose gray-brown white where covered in debris, moist. Tubes vinaceous gray. Stiep clavate 8 x 2, scales small, brown. Blue in base context and of cap white, unchanging.
