Coker - cap and stem white, soon with discolored brownish or creamy places - stems short, equal stout, rounded at base, not mating [?] attached by fine fibers. center spongy + soft. cap [illegible] with as removable, membrane. Gills fragile, creamy strum [?] [illegible] mature then soft, [illegible] but not very brittle. cap center depressed margin not striate at first, but becoming so in [illegible] - gills not much forked and not many inserted. Close then [?] distant in ape cap odor none. adnexed 3 - 9.5 cm 2 - 4.5 x 9 - 20 mm.
Taste intensely acrid.
