1738- Ceraceous-fleshy, finely irregularly tubercular, pale-olive gray to light olive-gray to water-green when fresh, margin thinning out. 75-100 u thick, trama filled with a yellowish resinous material. Scarcely any subiculum, hyphae 2-3 u erect, hymenial elements coming almost directly from substratum. Cystidia numerous cylindric hair-like, flexuous, sinuous to somewhat nodose in some, not encrusted, 2.5-3.5 u dia. projecting, 18-35 u. Resinous material soluble in both Amenns and Chlor. Hydr. (see below for water mount.) spores globose at first, becoming sub-globose, 2.5-3.2 x 2.5 u.
