Singly on moist ground under Hemlock
Pileus orange-yellow with friable yellow warts. Annulus yellow, persistent. Stipe pale yellow toward the apex, white towards the base. Microscopic characteristics: Spore print white. Spores subglobose to ellipsoid, amyloid, smooth. 6-9 x 5-7ยต.
