Arising from a compacted clay/sand granular layer in flood plain under needle and coniferous humus under Pseudotsuga menziesii, Lithocarpus densiflora, Sequoia, Abies grandis with Rhododendron and evergreen Vaccinium.
23 specimens from large closely gregarious, fasciulate, and caespitose mass. Split with PNW-MS. DNA voucher = ruc3 (cal3). Substrate: terricolous.
