Populus sp.
Also nearby were numerous perithecia of Lasiosphaeria chrysentera (a member of the L. ovina complex) and a species of Orbilia. Mixed with these 3 was an unidentified basidiomycetous bracket fungus. Microscope slides also accompany this collection.
