Good eye! Almost no one posts this species... This differs from Xanthoparmelia in color, being more gray or greenish, without the yellow cast. It also has fine pale network of cracks on the upper surface. It's one of the few species of Parmelia that you can ID without seeing a closeup of the rhizines, becasuse of its growth on rock and because of the finger-like isidia growing out of the upper surface.
