Description:
Pileus: 4-9 cm across, vase-shaped, white when young, slowly browns with age. Lamellae: decurrent, white, white latex. Stipe: similar to pileus.

county not recorded, Falls Lake reservoir located in Durham, Wake and Granville Counties
