Growing from a pot in a nursery. This species has irregularly branched cheilocystidia similar to Psilocybe aucklandii.
I was unable to locate any pleurocystidia on the gill surface and have found it difficult to find any good examples of basidia.
Usually when viewing the surface of a gill there are thousands of spores visible, this species seems to produce very few spores with a wide range of shape, size and colour!
