Nice find. I'm 95% certain this is the relatively uncommon Pleurella ardesiaca. A monotypic genus. It is related to Baeospora and Pleurella probably provides an earlier generic name for Mycopan which was recently erected for a Hydropus-like species that isn't related to Hydropus. Collection worth saving. This is the best photo we have of this species.

Growing on fallen logs in native beech forest. Caps to 65 mm across, dark brown in the centre, fading to fawn at the margin. Gills white, attached to stem. Stems fawn-brown, pale towards the apex, darker towards the base.
