something orange on the underside of a log that has been rolled over. the orange stuff can also be seen on the ground in the spot where the log had been resting before it was rolled over. the orange thing has a web-like radially branching form, with smaller branches appearing yellow, and the outermost branches appearing white (or maybe even transitioning into cottony white fuzz?). in photo 2, there are some amber-colored droplets of some fluid which may or may not be produced by this organism. (or maybe it's just resin produced by the log or a second fungus?)
