I think this is the left-over, late-season, gray Mycena that was so common in WA before this cold spell. It got snowed on and semifrozen and hence the misshaped form (see fully frozen specimen to left in third photo). Habitat of this species is needle litter as seen, not wood which would be a habitat for M. galericulata.
