This organism was found on a Forest Run Park in Clear Water, FL on Saturday Feb 16 2019 at 3:54 pm EST. This organism cap was 1â"6 cm in diameter, and convex and often with a central depression (navel). When moist it is a deep purplish lilac, which fades upon drying out. It is sometimes slightly scurfy at the center and has pale striations at the margin. The stem is the same color as the cap, and has whitish fibrils at the base. It has a fibrous velvet feel to the touch. This organism did not have any smell and the gills and the cap are the same color. The colony of this organism was packed very tightly. The bottom of the stem of this organism has a whitish gray color. Weather was clear skies with no cloud coverage and temperatures in the mid 60s Fahrenheit. This organism usually grows in pine forests.Based on the description provided above I have to agree with user (hendre17 ) and identify this organism as Laccaria vinaceobrunnea.
