Original observation #18449 (Mushroom Observer)
This looked and felt much like a tiny Russula but I couldn't get the stipe to snap cleanly like a real Russula... Found in moss, generally single; CAP 1-2" wide, dull, smooth, dry; FLESH creamy; GILLS creamy, slightly notched; STIPE club-shaped, dry, "powdery"; OTHER no odor but VERY acrid; SPORE white (see observation 18798).
