Found lots of this growing all over moss in dry exposed sites on limestone slopes. SQUAMULES pruinose around margin, K-, C-, KC- MEDULLA K-, C-, KC- APOTHECIA black, soon convex and emarginate EPIHYMENIUM red-brown, POL+ bright red-brown, K+ red (visible even under dissecting scope), C- HYPOTHECIUM hyaline, POL-, K-, C- SPORES 8 per ascus, hyaline, simple, smooth, elliptical, rather variable, 8.8-13 x 6.4-7.9 m (avg 10 x 6.9 m) (Q=1.5) (N=13)
