I think it's either A. albocreata or maybe (a longshot) the pale form of A. frostiana. Mixed conifer forest; White Pine, hemlock, spruce. Note how the veil has just pulled away from the cap margin forming a ring (not on stalk) that's a bit stuck to the gills. Cap viscid. Margin striate. Warts creamy white. Spores are globose. Had a hard time photographing them as they were really swimming in the KOH. Tried to get a shot of them in Meltzer's, but could not locate the sample under the scope.
