This is a yellow colored mushroom with a brownish color towards the center of the cap. The cap has well marked slashes like the edge of a coin on the outer rim of the cap slighty lighter in color. The cap is slightly domed in the center with that area being the color of a rusty brown. The stipe is thin with a skirt like membrane also yellow in color. It was found growing in a hardwood forest of Oak trees, Hickorys and Sassafras trees . There was heavy leaf litter on the forest ground with moss and ferns. It appears to be some sort of Amanita possibly (Amanita Banninginna)? Thanks for any help in identification of the mushroom. Kate
