This could be another Spinella species but I was not able to find detailed or spore size information on the other couple of species that apparently are found in North America. It was growing on what looks like Collybia dryophilus. The coloration looks darker than what I have seen growing on Mycenas and it is quite wiry, not soft. The spores were in the range of 34.0-35.0 X 10.5-12.5 microns. The spore photos were taken in Melzers. The filaments appear to be about 105 microns thick.
