These were rather small, with caps up to only 3.4cm across and it was somewhat hygrophanous. The spores were limoniform with a sizable apical beak, ~ 7.1-8.0 X 5.0-6.1 microns, and rather coarse. They match up petty well with the description and were found in the same general area of Marin of collections that were studied. The Marin area is apparently the southernmost range of this species, at least to date.
