This is the first observation site located in an area of high altitude (compared with the surroundings) in the interior of Portugal. The change of habitat in relation to the usual allowed me to observe some species not seen before. From my previous knowledge about lichens seemed to me that these specimens belong to the genus Umbilicaria, although up to this point have never found any. When collecting information about a probable species in the website CNALH I learned the macroscopic distinction between the genus Lasallia and the genus Umbilicaria, and I quote "Notes: Lasallia differs from the umbilicate genus Umbilicaria in having pustules, that are raised on upper side and hollow below, and ...". From here it was easy to conclude that the species should be L. pustulata_, since I found great pictures on the internet, which I link in the references, similar to those of my specimens and also a description in ac-lilleL/Lasallia%20pustulata.htm.
