The existence of pustules on the convex lobes close to the margin of thallus made me doubt (again!) that the it was Diploicia canescens. But then I remembered the discussion related with observation 68511 and saw no alternative. In addition, recently I saw a photo in Stridvall where such pustules are well documented (see this photo). (see also observation 99645, where D. canescens stand side by side with Physcia caesia).
