Notes: Larger sheets ~ 6-9 cm wide X 3.5-4.0 cm wide X ~ 1mm thick. Pores on exposed surface ~ 3-4 per mm. Spores appeared to be colorless in KOH. Spores ~ 10.1 -12.0 X 4.8-6.0 microns, smooth, cylindric. Growing on dead branch, possibly a hardwood.
