2-3 inch wide yellow cap with yellow gills and lighter yellow stipe growing on downed conifer logs in mainly White Pine area with some 2 needle pines nearby. No spore print obtained. When this was removed from its substrate its stipe was solid, not hollow. Also the gills appear to be adnate, not decurrent or sinuate, and the gill edges do not seem to be fringed, as in T. sulfureoides.
