These were growing on the ground in grassy/woody litter near Live Oak and Madrone. Caps were up to 2 cm across. There was a not unpleasant odor which I could not identify. Spore print was white and not amyloid. Spores were ~ 11.0-15.2 X 3.5-4.6 microns and had an elongated pip shape. The long stem was flexible and fairly tough. They seem to be like a cross between a Marasmius and a Caulorhiza, and so far no luck with a good ID.
