This was found in leaf litter at Big Basin Redwood State Park. The description seems to match what is in Hesler and Smiths book. The cap was lubricous and the stipe moist. I did look at the spores under a microscope but could not measure them. They were almost cylindrical about 3 times long as wide. About 30% were constricted The hymenophoral trama was regular but not parallel as in something like H. acutoconica.
