This specimen lives on a fence. I think this can be what is called Pertusaria rupestris in the key Pertusaria in Europa and Mediterranean as well as in AFL, which is considered the saxicolous form of P. pertusa. According to the "Index Fungorum" the current name for it is P. pertusa".
